Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 19, 2026
1. Introduction
At Agnitio, privacy is fundamental to our mission. This Privacy Policy explains how AGNITIO LLC ("Agnitio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website (agnitioconsultingservices.com), use our desktop application (Agnitio Insights), subscribe to our SaaS platform (Cadence), or engage us for custom development services. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Website Visitors
When you visit our website, we may collect: your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, referring website URL, and device information. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies. We use this data to improve our website and understand how visitors interact with it. We do not use this data for advertising.
2.2 Email Subscribers and Contact Form Submissions
When you sign up to download Agnitio Insights or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, company name (if provided), and any message content you submit. We use this information solely to provide you with the requested download, respond to your inquiry, and send relevant communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
2.3 Agnitio Insights (Desktop Application)
Agnitio Insights is designed as a privacy-first tool. The application monitors workflow patterns including: application switching frequency, clipboard transfer patterns between applications, notification frequency from installed applications, and file activity on local and network drives.
Privacy by Design
CRITICAL: All data processing occurs entirely on your local device. No workflow data, application data, clipboard content, or file content is transmitted to Agnitio servers or any third party. The application does not make network calls. The only data transmitted to Agnitio is: (a) your email address (collected at download) and (b) optional, anonymized aggregate statistics if you choose to share your report with us for consultation purposes. You can verify this by running the application with your firewall blocking it entirely.
2.4 Cadence (SaaS Platform)
When you use Cadence, we collect and process: account registration information (name, email, company), project and task data you enter into the platform, usage data (features used, login times), and billing information (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers). You own your data. We process it solely to provide the Cadence service to you.
2.5 Custom Development Services
During custom development engagements, we may have access to your business processes, workflows, and operational data as necessary to deliver the agreed-upon services. All such information is treated as confidential under the terms of our Master Services Agreement and any applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our services; respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; send you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: with service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as email delivery and payment processing), subject to confidentiality obligations; to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agnitio, our users, or the public; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For Agnitio Insights: since data is processed locally, we retain no workflow data. For Cadence: your data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time before cancellation. For website and marketing data: we retain this for up to 24 months of inactivity.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls and authentication, regular security assessments, and employee confidentiality obligations. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- Accessing the personal information we hold about you
- Correcting inaccurate information
- Requesting deletion of your information
- Objecting to or restricting processing
- Data portability
- Withdrawing consent
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@agnitioconsultingservices.com. We will respond within 30 days.
